Day 1: UMBRELLA DIET

Breakfat
1 glass of water
one slice of toast
1/2 cup of hot cereal
one boiled egg
1/2 grapefruit or 4oz. Glass of grapefruit juice
1 glass of water

Lunch
1 glass of water
2 slices of bacon
2 slices of bread
2 leaf of lettuce
1 slice of tomato
1/2 slice of sourcream
1/2 grapefruit or 4 oz. Glass of grapefruit juice
small apple
1 glass of water

Dinner
1 glass of water
1 lean baked beef pattie
1/2 cup of coked rice
1/2 cup of green beans
1/2 grpaefruit or 4 oz. Glass of grapefruit juice
2 sliced of diet pineapples

UMBRELLA DIET

Day 2: Breakfast
1 glass of water
1/4 cup of cold cereal
1 cup of cereal
1/2 grapefruit or 4 oz. Glass of grapefruit juice
6 oz. coffee or tea
1 glass of water

Lunch
1 glass of water
1/4 cup of cottage cheese
1 cup of milk
2 lettuce
1 half pear
1/2 grapefruit or 4 oz. Glass of grapefruit juice

Dinner
1 glass of water
roast chicken (4 oz.)
1/2 cup of brcolli
1/2 grapefruit or 4 oz. Glass of grapefruit juice
10 to 12 grapes
